Čolak Business Brokerage required more than a company website—it needed a complete digital infrastructure to support lead generation, client relationship management, and business growth. Čolak Business Brokerage was operating on a shared third-party platform that limited flexibility, ownership, and scalability. The business needed its own digital ecosystem capable of managing buyer and seller enquiries, marketing campaigns, customer relationships, and internal operations from a single platform while supporting future business growth.

We designed and developed a fully integrated solution consisting of a custom WordPress website, HubSpot CRM implementation, automated lead capture, buyer and seller pipelines, newsletter integration, marketing automation, and advanced reporting dashboards. We also integrated Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Lead Generation campaigns, analytics, and conversion tracking to create a complete performance marketing ecosystem.

 

Beyond the technology, we trained the entire CBB team to effectively use HubSpot CRM for contact management, lead nurturing, pipeline management, reporting, and marketing automation, ensuring every enquiry could be managed efficiently from first contact through to transaction.
