Franchise Consulting Group required more than a corporate website—it needed a complete digital ecosystem capable of attracting franchise brands, educating business owners, and generating qualified international leads.

We designed and developed two fully independent websites—one in English and one in Croatian—to maximize global SEO visibility and dominate search results across multiple markets. Alongside the websites, we built a complete performance marketing infrastructure, implemented CRM automation, and created an AI-powered educational content strategy.

A major highlight of the project was developing an AI clone of the CEO that delivers educational videos, teaching entrepreneurs about franchising, franchise systems, and industry best practices. This innovative approach allows the company to educate thousands of potential clients consistently while significantly reducing content production time.

Franchise Consulting Group wanted to position itself as the leading franchise consultancy across Europe while expanding internationally. Their previous digital presence lacked the scalability needed for multilingual SEO, lead generation, educational marketing, and long-term authority building.

We designed and developed two identical high-performance websites—one in English and one in Croatian—allowing the business to compete for search visibility across different languages and markets while maximizing organic SEO reach.

Beyond website development, we implemented CRM automation, lead capture systems, conversion-focused landing pages, and performance marketing integrations.

To strengthen brand authority, we created an AI-powered digital clone of the CEO that produces educational videos explaining franchise concepts, business expansion strategies, and the complete franchise curriculum. This AI educator enables continuous audience engagement while delivering consistent, scalable educational content across digital channels.
